Introducing the Crochet Succulents Collection!

Introducing the Crochet Succulents Collection!

Summer is here and that means that everyone is trying to live their best ~plant parent~ life. I have a pretty green thumb for the most part, but I struggle a lot when it comes to succulents. I live in Canada and my succulents don’t get a lot of direct sunlight. The lack of direct sunlight cause the succulents to stretch and grow leggy, and nobody likes a leggy succulent.

Some of my succulents have also literally hit the self-destruct button on themselves and just fall apart for no reason. Some of them get so leggy that they’re taller than the pot they’re in and it’s not very aesthetically pleasing. What all of that says is that I am very very bad with succulents; so at the beginning of this summer, I made a vow to myself to never purchase another succulent again.

To fill in that succulent-void in my life, I have decided to create FIVE crochet succulent patterns (+ one crochet Soil pattern)! They’re cute and they stay alive, what’s not to like about that?

Crochet Succulents Collection Patterns

These are great to give away as gifts, especially to people who have very brown thumbs. Alternatively, you can make them for yourself to decorate darker spaces in your home where plants typically have a difficult time thriving.

Three of these crochet patterns- the Soil, Sedum Adolphii (Golden Glow Succulent) & String of Pearls, will be available on the blog (for free!) in the coming weeks.

All six patterns are available for purchase right now in the store as a collection. The 23 page pattern collection comes in a printer-friendly PDF file. The collection comes with written patterns, photos of details, assembly descriptions, and some handy tips to help you create your own crocheted succulents.
